Returns Policy

We are pleased to accept returns for store credit if the item is returned within 30 days of delivery.

Important: This policy does not apply to sale items. All sales are final, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, shipping fees, taxes, customs fees and other charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • It must be free from any marks, stains, or damage (including makeup, spray tan, animal hair, etc.).

  • The item must not have any odours, such as deodorant, perfume, body odour, or laundry detergent.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, please email niveles.activewear@gmail.com with the order number. A return address will be provided via email, and the customer will be responsible for the return and all return shipping costs. Furthermore, any customs fees charged to Niveles Activewear as part of the return will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Once the return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued as a gift card via email with no expiration date. Please note that store credit does not cover shipping costs.

Niveles Activewear reserves the right to reject returns that are sent after the 30-day return window or if the items are not in their original condition. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer at their expense.

We aim to ensure that every item arrives in perfect condition. If a faulty item is received, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange. Customers must inform us of any faulty items within 7 days of delivery by emailing niveles.activewear@gmail.com with a description and photos of the issue.

If the refund is approved, a confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be processed.
